Flowview 1.1 email not sending from Schedules

Folks - I am having some issues with Flowview generating emails 'Schedules'. I have verified that I am able to send email with 'sendmail' via the cli; however, no emails are being generated. Also, I noticed that "next send" time under the Schedule tab does not increment when the time has expired/passed.

Example: if I have "next send" time is at 13:00 and the time is 13:30 - the "next send" time still shows 13:00.

Has anyone else seen this issue? What is the mechanism being used to send email from the plugin?
