Cacti doesn't show graphs after doing a migration

Post by youmarva »

Hi,

I have migrate my cacti from an old server to a newer one.
My old server is running debian 7 and my new server is running CentOS 6 .

After the migration, all my machines and data have been migrated, but no cacti graph dislpays, and I have this error in the section Console -> Utilities -> View Cacti Log File :

Code: Select all

POLLER: Poller[0] ERROR: The path: is invalid. Can not continue
Possible Reasons
[*]In the file /etc/cron.d/cacti I have :

Code: Select all

*/5 * * * *	cacti	/usr/bin/php /usr/share/cacti/poller.php > /dev/null 2>&1
But cacti is not a user in this server, it can be the source of this problem ??

Code: Select all

[root@Ces ~]# su cacti
This account is currently not available.
[*]In the old server is installed Cacti Version 0.8.8a and the new server is installed Version 0.8.8b, this can be a problem ?

What is the prblem you think?

Edit:
I'm stuck, if you can help me.
and I'm sorry for my English if there is anything that is not clear in my question let me know.

Thanks

Try with Console, utilities, system utilities, rebuild poller cache.

If it doesn't work after some minutes, please copy last lines in cacti log file.
