realtime monitor of interfaces

i have got it working but it is not monitoring/graphing my port interfaces on the switch

also i have installed the realtime plugin and i have checked this with my localhost and it works, updates every 5 seconds

i have attached 2 pictures one is the graph template that says "interface - traffic (bytes/sec)" but when i come into adding my device i dont see this in the drop down list?

any reason
