Cacti - no grahps showing up

Recently installed Cacti on Mac 10.10. I've added the WebServer Apache stats template 7 graphs. I have mod_status.so enabled.

I'm getting blank graphs for more than a day now. My configuration follows in screenshots and attached technical support.

After changing some permissions on cacti dir's, adding a time zone in php.ini graphs are showing! However, they are "nan" value graphs. I went through the nan debugging on here but there's nothing I can see pointing out why my graphs would not display data. I am NOT using SNMP on my machine and I'm only using the Apache Stats template. I have met the pre-reqs for this template.

You should run this script by hand and see what you are getting bad results.

Your server is misconfigured. You need to set the timezone manually in php.ini, just like the error says.
