Howto upgrade Threshold

Dear All

I am using Threshold 0.4.1 and upgrade to 0.5 (windows 2008R2 / cacti0.8.8c)
Now seem the threshold stop working (threshold not updated and no email alert)

What I do is backup 0.4.1 SQL
plugin_thold_contacts
plugin_thold_log
plugin_thold_template_contact
thold_data
thold_template

Then Replace Threshold 0.5 to cacti/plugin/thold
IN GUI uninstall 0.4.1 and install 0.5

In Threshold template , I am able to have my old template (but lot of error)

Then under management -> Threshold also error
