blank graphs - nan value

blank graphs - nan value

friends i am very new to cacti. it was something which i wanted to learn since long and started yesterday. now i am stuck with no graphs. can you please help. it shows the device added... it shows the ports but at graphs it shows NAN please check attached screen shot.

We need more infos to help you. What have you tried? What are your devices? What the cacti log file says? Before checking the log file make sure to set the "Poller Logging Level" to DEBUG

thanks for the reply. i tried this .. http://docs.cacti.net/manual:088:4_help.2_debugging not whole though as i was not able to understand...

will you be able to help me in checking .. devices which i want to monitor is mainly Cisco. router and switch. i am running centos 7 on VMware.

I am really not familiar with the debuging process. my cacti.log is attached.

Here is your problem. You should copy/paste those lines in a search engine. IMO your problem rely on the SNMP configuration.
If you go to a device page, with the "Generic SNMP-enabled device", what you get on the top left corner? If you have "SNMP error", this is a problem with the configuration of SNMP.

thanks for the reply.. i banged my head on this a lot and then decided to reinstall it again.. did 3 times with different tutorials but same result. not able to figure out why i am not getting graph. current log look as below
