Graphing has stopped- getting Poller(0) ERROR:SQL Assoc fail

Graphing stopped on Cacti today. Getting CMDPHP:Poller(0) ERROR; SQL Association Failed. Error '145', SQL; .......
SPINE: Poller(0) ERROR; SQL Filed! Error:'145';Message;'Table.'./cacti/poller_output' is marked as crashed and should be repaired.

I have tried the Rebuild Poller Cache in System Utilities twice and still getting the same error. Will doing the Rebuild Poller Cache from Unix CLI work or is there something else I should try?
