Cacti not able to plot graph

Hi all,

Just installed cacti on Windows, but when I tried to plot some graphs, it shows nothing.
And I tried to take a look on what happened, I found this:
ERROR: opening 'C:/WEB/war/cacti/rra/6/38.rrd': No such file or directory
Then I go to the rra folder, but there has no rrd files.
Also, the cacti.log file is empty.


What should I do? Please help
