I have two Cisco routers that are not being backed up by Cacti. All other routers / switches are being backed up.
Cisco 2800 running 12.4(24)T1
Cisco 2800 running 15.1(3)T3
The routers have connectivity with the Cacti server and I have other 2800 routers running 12.4(24)T1 version that are being backed up. I have double checked the router configuration and they are the same on all the routers running the same versionss (except for IPs ofcourse). These two routers are located at the same site as the Cacti server but on different subnets, so traffic does not go over the WAN.
This is what I am seeing on the Cacti server:

Any suggestions as to how I might solve this issue?
Thanks in advance.
