Does anyone experience this happen?
- 0.8.8c / php version 5.6.3 (install with latest cacti package)
- windows 2008R2 64bit /
Some of Cisco devices using snmpV3 (SHA+AES) .........
As will see the snmp info and ping are OK......but status will be "Down" then stop polling
Resume snmpv2 work fine
Turn on

Tried increase "Ping Timeout Value" and "SNMP Timeout - not work
Tried modify Downed Device Detection with all option - not work
Tired Rebuild poller cache - not work
Tired edit php.ini -> ;extension=php_snmp.dll - all devices down
"Status" Down but Snmp/Ping info OK

It's most likely the timeout for '.1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0' which is the cause, because clearly from the logs its up and responding to queries. Does a manual snmpwalk of that OID return data?
Not in front of my installation atm, but I thought there was an option for which system OID cacti uses for uptime checks... or maybe that came with a plugin.
