looks right to me, you can do a debug and watch the logs

In debug mode it mentions RRDTool Says:

ERROR: the RRD does not contain an RRA matching the chosen CF

But I will see if I can check the log file (although thats large... many things in it)

Maybe you can read my attached RRD file (see earlier post)

Need change the Consolidation Function (CF Type) frоm LAST to AVARAGE

The Battery Temp graph was not working for me until I changed the aggregation function in the graph template from LAST to AVERAGE.
