Help Needed:- 5 Min interval data error

Post by skayal »

Hi,

As per my requirement, I've successfully updated the RRA to get the historical data in 5 min interval for a long period in Cacti 0.8.7e.

However, I'm getting some error in same while configured in 0.8.8c as follows:-

Extracted '.csv' data seems working good while reporting period is mentioned as per current system time. (e.g. current system date/time is 13/04/2015 17:00, reporting period from 13/03/2015 17:00 to 12/04/2015 16:59). Report is coming perfectly alright (5 min interval).

However, I'm getting only 1 day interval data while I'm putting prior time to system. (e.g. current system date/time is 13/04/2015 17:00, reporting period from 13/03/2015 12:00 to 12/04/2015 11:59). Report is coming only in 1 day interval.

Could someone pls help me in this.

Thanks in advance...

This is a known bug which has been fixed in a future revision.

Hi BSOD2600,

Thanks for the information.

Since, I need the historic data badly, could you please help me in retrieving same as desired (5 min interval).

Could it be done by working on 'graph.php' / 'graph_xport.php'?

An early reply will be highly appreciated.

Thanks & Regards,

Next revision means? Will it be fixed in version 0.8.8d?
