SSH connection configuration problem

HI All,

I have installed CACTI and tried to use the percona plugins.

but i am facing issues while getting the values from server


su - www-data -c 'env -i php /usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/ss_get_by_ssh.php --type memory --host 10.78.203.141 --items gu,gv'
gu:-1 gv:-1

SSH is working fine

ssh -i /etc/cacti/id_rsa cacti@192.168.1.107 echo "it works"
it works


why i am getting -1 every time when i retrieve data from server
