Issues with Report Template.

How does one change the order of Data Sources In a report template? I am moving the server used to generate reports and now some of these template are putting the traffic_out in front of the traffic_in in the reports. There does not seem to be a way to manipulate this in the GUI interface. Any help would be appreciated. I also can not figure out why some of these have changed, but others have not.
