Cacti graph not showing any data

Hello all.
this is my first time setting up cacti. I installed it on Centos7 and it look normal, I was able to add the host and snmp seems to be working fine.

the only issue, is cacti have been running for hours and the graph still shows no information.

I have no idea where else to look
