XX-DataCenter.conf: ReadData: LINK TOR-XXX-SW1-MLX-XXX, target: /usr/share/cacti/rra/us-tor-xxx-sw1_traffic_in_1093.rrd /usr/share/cacti/rra/us-tor-xxx-sw1_traffic_in_1377.rrd on config line 391 of /usr/share/cacti/plugins/weathermap/configs/XX-DataCenter.conf had no valid data, according to WeatherMapDataSource_rrd
is this the correct way to display speeds for both links?

OK, then the next step is enable DEBUG logging for one poller cycle, and look back at cacti.log.
With DEBUG logging turned on, Weathermap logs a LOT more information, including exactly what it gets back from rrdtool, and what command line it used to read the data. Look for lines with 'ReadData' in them.
05/12/2015 02:38:10 PM - WEATHERMAP: Poller[0] WARNING: [Map 7] XX.conf: Target /usr/share/cacti/rra/xx-mlxe-xx_traffic_in_250.rrd /usr/share/cacti/rra/xx-mlxe-xx_traffic_in_251.rrd doesn't exist. Is it a file? [WMRRD06]
Guess it most have been from copying and pasting, went back to those lines, backspace to clear anything there and added a space to seperate the RRD's and warnings went away, and link's are working.
