Hi,
When no data is seen the links are grey and when you hover over the graphs are drawn fully, however, every so often I have some links that are drawn as white versus the colour in the scale.
Any ideas/pointers appriciated.
Thanks

What does your scale definition look like? I'm pretty sure that's when there are gaps in the scale
(e.g. if you define a scale with a 1-2 line and a 3-4 line, and the value is 2.5)
(e.g. if you define a scale with a 1-2 line and a 3-4 line, and the value is 2.5)
Weathermap 0.98a is out! & QuickTree 1.0. Superlinks is over there now (and built-in to Cacti 1.x).
Some Other Cacti tweaks, including strip-graphs, icons and snmp/netflow stuff.
(Let me know if you have UK DevOps or Network Ops opportunities, too!)

Re: Link occassional displays as white
Scale is;
SCALE UKWAN1 0 0 120 120 120
SCALE UKWAN1 0 5 150 250 150
SCALE UKWAN1 6 10 0 204 0
SCALE UKWAN1 11 15 0 175 0
SCALE UKWAN1 16 24 250 150 50
SCALE UKWAN1 25 999 255 0 0
Is there anyway/function available to round numbers up/down?
SCALE UKWAN1 0 0 120 120 120
SCALE UKWAN1 0 5 150 250 150
SCALE UKWAN1 6 10 0 204 0
SCALE UKWAN1 11 15 0 175 0
SCALE UKWAN1 16 24 250 150 50
SCALE UKWAN1 25 999 255 0 0

Re: Link occassional displays as white
I've enabled some debug and think I know the answer now.
This displays as white;
04/09/2015 06:57:00 PM - WEATHERMAP: Poller[0] WARNING: [Map 7] UKWAN.conf: NewColourFromPercent: Scale UKWAN1 doesn't include a line for 15.85 while drawing item ABC-DEF [WMWARN29]
04/09/2015 06:57:00 PM - WEATHERMAP: Poller[0] WARNING: [Map 7] UKWAN.conf: NewColourFromPercent: Scale UKWAN1 doesn't include a line for 15.85 while drawing item ABC-DEF [WMWARN29]
This displays normally;
04/09/2015 06:58:00 PM - WEATHERMAP: Poller[0] DEBUG: [NewColourFromPercent@Weathermap.class.php:1274] [Map 7] UKWAN.conf: NCFPC UVW-XYZ UKWAN1 7.85 '' 6_10 0 204 0
04/09/2015 06:58:00 PM - WEATHERMAP: Poller[0] DEBUG: [NewColourFromPercent@Weathermap.class.php:1274] [Map 7] UKWAN.conf: NCFPC UVW-XYZ UKWAN1 7.85 '' 6_10 0 204 0
When the decimal falls inbetween the upper and next lower value on the scale it doesnt know how to interpret. I've updated the scale to be;
SCALE UKWAN1 0 0 120 120 120
SCALE UKWAN1 0 5.99 150 250 150
SCALE UKWAN1 6 10.99 0 204 0
SCALE UKWAN1 11 15.99 0 175 0
SCALE UKWAN1 16 24.99 250 150 50
SCALE UKWAN1 25 999 255 0 0
Its now working as expected.
@ Howie - Thanks for the point in the right direction.

Re: Link occassional displays as white
You can actually have them overlap - that is, 1-5, 5-10... if it's *exactly* 5, it chooses the shorter span (so you can also use this to make a large span green with red strips at certain values, for example). If they are both the same size, I think it's the first one, but regardless, it isn't white, and it's easier to read than .99 (which still, theoretically, has a gap!).
