Threshold Notification mail specify time

Hi Expert

Is it possible to configure specify time range for send notification mail ?
I couldn't find this function in cacti....

For example:
1. In after working hours from PM:6:00 - AM:8:00
2. In weekend (saturday & sunday all day)

My cacti version:

Thold: 0.5
setting : 0.71
cacti : 0.8.7g

Thanks for your info , i have been installed maint plugin successful
but what i am confused of two parts : Start time and End time

Here are my two requirement:
1. at after working hours (every week , from monday to friday 9:00 - 18:00)
2. at weekend (every week , saturday to Sunday)

as per i require , there is no need to specify "Year" & "month" & "Date" ,right?
Can anyone tell me how to configure ??

When i move these files into plugins folder, i cant see the plugin in the Plugin management section.... What am I doing wrong?
