Cacti 0.8.8.c - All graph values are "-1"

Post by maleman876 »

Hello,

I just installed Cacti using the Windows 0.8.8c Installer and all of my graph values are "-1".

I have looked in the log and see some "Partial Results" for my Cisco WLC devices, which I initially thought the plugin for those was the issue. So I added a router with standard Cisco CPU and interface and I am seeing the same thing.

Examples of Standard Cisco CPU graph and the Cisco WLC template graphs both showing -1. I left the device names out...

No idea where to go, looked at my Antivirus logs to see if that was stopping a process, event logs, rebooted, etc. It's really hard to google for this topic as "-1" doesn't find anything, I think it's trying to remove "1" from my search results...

Guess I could have included:
Windows 2008R2
IIS

Thoughts?

Well, it started working last night around the time I gave up. No idea if my server guys did something or one of my "let's try rebooting" moments worked. Corrected my timezones in PHP.ini as well.

I had the same issue getting the -1 values. I tried updating the php.ini timezone as mentioned and doing a restart. The graphs are now displaying correctly.
