Plugin Realtime not display graph other graph ok

Hi
I use cacti 8.8B under windows 2012R2 (poller cmd.php)
All work fine but when i want to use the plugin realtime i have no graph .
I test to change the plugin cache directory (./rra or ./rra/realtime ..) with the correct right on folder (iusr,iis_usr and my account is read and modify right on the folder rra . see screen captur in attachment)
i test to uninstall reinstall realtime no change.
when i active debug log i have no error (log is in log debug file in attachment)
No file were create on my folder(rra/realtime) and display to screen.
What must i do?

What must i do to enable graph debug?
I test to set debug level to poller logging level and i check the graph export messages in setting/general
but i have no error just normal message.

I test your NTFS troubleshooting guide in yoursignature but i have no result when i search for denied i can only find a buffer overflow for rrdtool (cf capture1)

What must i do to enable graph debug?

In graph management, select a graph and on the far right, enable graph debugging.

Start with the basics of normal graph creation before you add various plugins (aka realtime) into the mix. some times they dont all play well together...

With normal graph i have no problem it work fine :

But it's only with realtime plugin where i have no realtime graph just a popup with no graph (i test with interval of 1 sec,5 sec,1 min...)

When i turn on debug all is ok in graph management:

I don't understand why normal graph is ok but not in realtime mode.

You certain the realtime directory has the correct NTFS perms configured?

Yes i'm certain i test to configure the realtime plugin in rra directory who work fine for standard graph and realtime don't work.

the realtime graphs use a different directory for the temporary images. I believe its typically /cacti/realtime/ check the settings and permissions.

Yes in configuration i can chage the directory used by the realtime plugin and regardless of the directory / permission that i configure (cacti/realtime, cacti/rra , or cacti/rra/realtime ) the plugin never work i don't know why
I check the permission of directory all is ok (iusr, IIs_usr can modify file in the directory that i configure)

looking again at the process monitor output from above, doesnt look like something is configured correctly with realtime -- it shouldnt be using rrdtool commands as part of the path. double-check the configuration again, read its manual, and I'm moving this thread to the correct forum.

You have to set the realtime cache directory in Console-->Settings-->Misc. There should be a section used by the realtime plugin, and you set it there.

thank you for your answer GlueGuy but i have already set the cache directory like this:
C:/inetpub/wwwroot/cacti/rra/realtime
(cacti run Under Windows)
and under this line i have [OK: DIR FOUND]
i test to change this folder to C:/inetpub/wwwroot/cacti/rra to be certain of not having a problem of right but i have the same problem.
another idea ?

What happens when you run the realtime CLI poller?

Invoke it from the realtime directory thusly:

php poller_rt.php --graph=<graph id> --interval=<SEC>

Does that create the files in the cache directory?
