Graph Ping latency windows impossible

Hello,

Somebody could help me. I installed(settled) Cacti under Windows server on 2008 and server Appache. Everything works well, but impossible of grapher.

Could use me on the step to realize since the creation of a device, until the obtaining of the graph. My customers among whom to route without snmp then I Ping.
