Re: Problem to poll Sophos email appliance
How'd you install Cacti? manually or use the installer? If manually, did you follow http://docs.cacti.net/manual:088:1_inst ... figure_php for which settings to change in php.ini?

Re: Problem to poll Sophos email appliance
Hi
The installation was fully using 0.8.8c package php 5.6.3
the link that shown
PHP 5.6 has known issues with Cacti 0.8.8, do NOT use.
http://docs.cacti.net/manual:088:1_inst ... figure_php
so I am confuse should use the PHP with 0.8.8c package?

Re: Problem to poll Sophos email appliance
Already using PHP version with 0.8.8c package which is 5.6.3
so should I update latest version or degrade ?
Beside when using Net-snmp or php-snmp. Does it apply to all devices? or is that a way to choose separate devices by using php-snmp?

Re: Problem to poll Sophos email appliance
Ah so you used http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=14946 ? if so, then php 5.6.3 is fine... I've been busy and havent had a chance to update the wiki with the modifications. That strict mode warning shouldnt be occurring with clean install. In the phpinfo page, d:\bin\php is where you had the installer place the files or is that left over from another self install?
Regardless of the warnings, it appears all 3 ping methods are successful.
