New Install from tgz Plugins not listed

Post by heath762 »

I have a fresh install of cacti on 2.6.32-504.8.1.el6.x86_64 - Cacti Version: 0.8.8c, Plugin Architecture Version: 3.1
Everything seems to work fine except for Plugins. I have copied the extracted folders to the plugin directory.
I have changed the config.php and global.php as some posts have suggested, but still doesnt work.

In 0.8.8c you shouldn't need to change global.php or config.php, so remove those entries.

First few steps to troubleshoot. What are the exact names of the plugin folders? And permissions are applied to them? When you extracted the folders, make sure that a setup.php is inside each of them (basically make sure its not nested inside another folder).

Wow, i changed the SELinux rebooted and everything started working...

When I go to the plugins area I can now see everything and install the plugins in the directory. However, it seems the style is not being applied to the plugin.
