Speedtest-Cli don't work on Raspian Wheezy for Raspberry pi

Anybody that can help me?
I have 2 Raspbery pi boxes
Model B, 512Mb Ram, Debian version 7.8 Kernel 3.12.35. Installed with cacti 0.8.8a and speedtest-cli, and this works fine.
pi 2 Model B, 1 Gb Ram, Debian version 7.8 Kernel 3.18.7-v7. Installed with cacti 0.8.8a and speedtest-cli, and this do not work.

Dump from debug mode:
shell>> /var/www/cacti $ sudo php -q cmd.php

If the script is run manually it works fine.
