|host_description| - |query_ifName| - |query_ifAlias| ?????

Post by fing8733 »

I put this in the Graph Template for the Interface bits in/out.....however when I create a new graphed based on that template it only shows

|host_description| - |query_ifName| - Traffic

I am failing to see how these all relate or if there is a checkbox I am missing.

Thanks

Those fields should automatically be filled in when you create the graphs through the 'create graphs for this device' screen. Delete them and try again. Dose the device respond to snmp?

I just created a new graph on a different interface and I get the same thing. Does it do this because of IOS vs. CatOS?

Would it have anything to do with the data sources or do I only have to change this in the Graph Template?

*****FIXED****

It seems as though some of my settings are not saving properly. I went into the Graph Template and checked the Per Graph Value box...saved it and then unchecked the box.

They all show up in my graphs now.
