Hi there,
I have an issue when configuring mactrack to colour up ports green, down ports red and error ports orange.
The down ports are coloured correctly, but the up ports are only coloured green when a description i sconfigured on the interface as shown in the attached diagram.
Anyone else seen this and is it easy to fix?

Re: Incorrect displaying of up ports (colours)
Hi There,
Did you go into "Settings > Device Tracking" and set the color legend?
I have similar complaints/issues about how this is handled as well. So what I did to fix it, was go to the legend setup, and then made the "No ifAlias Background Color" the same as my UP Interfaces. The only other option you have, is to remove that from the legend by selecting "None". Then Mactrack will only display what you have set. So in theory, it will display all ports that are "UP" with your chosen color.
Alternatively, you can choose a variant shade of the color, that stills says "I'm up" at a glance, but one that you know means is missing a "description" on the interface itself. This is another way we do things so that we can quickly audit the ports that don't have descriptions, since we require them on all ports.
