poll all minutes and others all 5 minutes

Is it possible to poll some checks all minutes and others all 5 minutes?

Yes, your poller needs to be set to 1 Minute (and best to set cron to 1 minute also). You then need to create an RRA for 1 Minute average. In the data template, you would also select this RRA, and set the step to 60, and heartbeat to 120.

I set the poller and crone to 1 Minute, set the step to 60 and heartbeat to 120 on the data template and also added the standard RRA (Hourly (1 Minute Average)) to it.
But it sill polls all 5 minutes regarding the log.
What do I miss?

Did you actually change the cron, not just the setting in Cacti? Also you will have to re-create any graphs, change the data template will not change existing graphs.

I was thinking that if I set the “Cron Interval“ setting to one Minute it would be enough.
