Hi Gentlemen,
Our Cacti has Network graphs working fine, drive usage data graphs are working fine.
But CPU stats are not visible on windows servers. Server's information is given below.

I have selected the following while creating device.
1) SNMP - Get Mounted Partitions (Verbose Query) Uptime Goes Backwards Success [18 Items, 6 Rows] Reload Data Query Delete Data Query Association =#########=> working fine
2) SNMP - Get Processor Information (Verbose Query) Uptime Goes Backwards Success [4 Items, 4 Rows] Reload Data Query Delete Data Query Association =#########=> working fine
3) SNMP - Interface Statistics (Verbose Query) Uptime Goes Backwards Success [163 Items, 20 Rows] Reload Data Query Delete Data Query Association =#########=> working fine
4) W32 - CPU Statistics (Verbose Query) Uptime Goes Backwards Success [1 Item, 1 Row] Reload Data Query Delete Data Query Association =#########=> Not Working

Re: CPU stats not showing up for windows servers.
I'm confused. You state "SNMP - Get Processor Information" is working fine... which are cpu stats.
The third party templates you've installed are not working. Thus you should report your issues in the threads where they were obtained. following the cacti debug guide would be a good place to start troubleshooting.

Re: CPU stats not showing up for windows servers.
"Not working" isn't very descriptive at all. How is it not working? The bold portion below clearly shows that it found information (4 CPUs). Maybe post the "Verbose Query" output for that one?

Re: CPU stats not showing up for windows servers.
True but when i go to graphs and check to see the stat's, it is blank. no image. rest all stats have an image and its getting updated. Any help on this please.
Re: CPU stats not showing up for windows servers.
Yes, which is why we asked exactly what is not working (being more descriptive of the problem always helps people to help you faster). So basically the data query IS working, but you are getting blank graphs. Have you followed these steps already?wilsgeo wrote:True but when i go to graphs and check to see the stat's, it is blank. no image. rest all stats have an image and its getting updated. Start with these 2
1. Set the Cacti log to Medium, and check the Cacti log to see the results for that particular polling.
2. Attempt to snmpwalk the device manually to ensure you get results
