Graphs Not Showing Data

Graphs not showing data, but the graph is there. I think this started some months back when I was playing with try to do sub 1 minute polling. See attached for Cacti log, I can't seem to find anything relevant as to why there is no data present.

What does a graph look like? Graph debug have any errors?
From the logs, it looks like all is functioning correctly (Assuming those *.rrd files are getting updated every 5 min)
