Hello
The input data cacti would use is in the form "counter1,counter2,counter3"
The counter however is not incremental. It speficies how many packets matched a criteria in a certain period of time, which is changeable.
Can create a graph from these three counters using cacti ?

Use the type of Gauge. That will work for those values, the rest, read the documentation.
