Generic SNMP Devices errors

dear all,

i have problem with our cacti graph it was graphing very well without any issues for both snmp and other templates but after 4 or 5 months now i get errors inside the graph for some customers i have removed add new ones still the same.

please see the attached files for the errors.

when i click the thumbnil graph to see more details about the particular graph i face these issues

attached filres are the screen shots.

could some one solve my problem please....

Looks like the "empty comment" issue. Look here for the patch from Gandalf:

I assume you've upgraded at the time the issue occurred ....

but its working for some devices.

and for newlly added devices for snmp its not working even the realtime is not working for newly devices.

so u think its the problem of comment.
