cacti 0.8.8b and weathermap 0.9.7c

I download weathermap 0.9.7c and setup done
( from here http://network-weathermap.com/files/php ... -0.97c.zip )
1. I check with cacti console->plugin
Weathermap 0.97b PHP Network Weathermap Old PIA Active Howard Jones
* strange why show 0.97b ??
2. and I click my map config, the picture direct to
https://ip address/plugins/weathermap/weathermap-cacti-plugin.php?action=viewimage&id=0267a8f74bbe9ad168a9&time=1415239922
but no map picture to show, it is empty block only. ( check attach file )
picture resolution is correct 800x600 for example.
# the output been created those pictures and random number. ( png files )
# I can direct access http://ip address/plugins/weathermap/output those pictures.
3. Try to do check function :
do 1. check.php via web, all mark green, that's good.
do 2. #php check-gdbug.php, report : "Your GD library looks healthy"

4. Try to modify PNG format to JPEG, same issue blank picture.

Could anyone help ??

enviroment:
cacti root_doc : /var/www/html/cacti
http virtual_root_path : /var/www/html/cacti
weathermap putinto /var/www/html/cacti/plugins
chmod 777 /var/www/html/cacti/plugins/weathermap/config and output

In the END, I forgive to put cacti into root for http document.
I change back to read like "http://ip address/cacti", and weathermap plugins is working normally.

I have this problem when I want to edit the weather map...

Maybe you should post : httpd.conf, caci/config.php for checking.
Or you can do as my,
1. put cacti to /var/www/html/cacti/cacti.
2. setup httpd.conf for cacti, root to /var/www/html/cacti
3. put a index.html ( ref to go http://ip address/cacti/ )
4. setup cacti/config.php, //$url_path = "/cacti/";
5. reset httpd

that's all.
