Duplicate Graphs

I have created two devices which receives same snmp data from two different load balancer(primary and secondary). Only one of them is up at a time.
Following is the problem:
Many of the graphs are duplicated. I have created some graphs via browser interaction while some by cli scripts. Cacti.log has got appropriate permissions. I have not used autom8 plugin.
It will be great help if you suggest some way to remove duplicate graphs.
