That error occurs when there is no data to display. You will need to figure out why there is no data first.

Did you add a new device to flow view?
After doing that, did you restart the flow-capture service?
Do you see data coming into /var/netflow/flows/<devicename>/ ?
Is the time on your router and cacti box the same (including timezone) ?

What "Directory" do you have set for your listener? This should not contain a full path.

If you can't save a device on the listeners tab, then you most likely need to import the SQL tables.

Hi cigamit,

I also reinstalled flows plugin but not fine.
When i check on mysql has existed 5 table of Flows but still can not saved device on Listener tab

Code: Select all

If you can't save a device on the listeners tab, then you most likely need to import the SQL tables.
When i import by manual as you mentioned but has error:

Could you please help me?

Dear all,

I have also got the same issue on CactiEZ v0.7. I got the packages once run tcpdump on udp port 2055

I cannot see the graph (JSON Parse Error [Syntax Error] Error at character 0, line 1) and cannot delete any listeners and cannot see added schedule :(

I have searched but cannot find out the solution.

Could anyone help on this please?

Thank you,
DQM
