Error while Opening in Thold Email - no graph

If this was solved somewhere else, I apologize.

I am running 0.8.8b on a Windows box and thold is working fine save the little "Error while opening:" where my nifty graph should be.

I did try removing thold and downloading a fresh copy to the Plugins directory to no avail.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I know I have had this working before on other Win boxes and I can't figure out where I have gone awry this time.
