Not able configure Cisco router In Cacti

Dear,

In our LAN we have implemented cacti server and what all are network devices connected in the LAN every devices can be configured in the cacti and also able to add out side network devices able to connect in the cacti through devices SNMP string. Now problem is we had changed the IP address for Cacti server then all LAN network devices connected in cacti without any issues. If I try to connect out side network devices in to Cacti it's not connecting showing SNMP error.

Please suggest me who do I connect out side network devices into Cacti server inside the LAN.
