Please I need to have knowledge of how to configure (add URL) once installed the pluggin Murlin.
The pluggin was installed without problems, but now need to add the URL to monitor

Did you ever get this working? I expect looking at your screenshots that your user doesn't have the plugin rights to the mURLin plugin. Check by looking at the permissions you have when looking at your user.

You should then see the tab to give you access to add URLs.
