many issue after do-release upg.. Ubuntu to 14.04 Cacti 8.8

Dear Cacti Guruz,

i'm using Cacti monitoring server for years now and always liked it.

i'e it running for my company with several pluggin monitor thold report etc ...

i've recently done a do-release upgrade from 12.04 TLS to 14.04 TLS and i was running in to many issue.

most of the time i always fond solution on this forum as much that i never needed to create a login to post anything.

but so far i can't find anything for my issue.

sincce the upgrade of the system i had also an upgrade of php (PHP 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.4 (cli))

i had pooler issue wich i found out a way to fix but it was quite pain in the As

i've allready apply this patch : patch -p1 -N < cacti088b_empty_comment.patch

setted up the allow_call_time_pass_reference in the php.ini file

and i had to do this as well : php -q /var/www/cacti/cli/poller_reindex_hosts.php -id=All

after my poller was back i had still some issue comming out with it specialy whit the pluggins like thold (5.0) witch as stuck my setting pannel (solved by the $kdef[2] set to [0] )

but now my thold run but no value are returned

1 High/Low 5 Minutes N/A Every 5 Minutes -/- 35/- N/A - no Enabled

template creation work and asigning as well but no value are returned in the current and so no trigger are reached !

could you please help me troubleshoot this ?
