Graph show -1.#J value

Post by cris46 »

Hi,

I want to monitor traffic at my office. I install Cacti successful. I also can get device's information (File attach 1), but Cacti can not get any information about in or out traffic. The graph only shows -1.#J value (File attach 2) But, when I use MIB browser, it still can get data.

Please help me. Thanks!

turn up the logging level for cacti.log to high or debug. validate cacti is retrieving and SNMP data and issuing RRDTOOL UPDATE commands. Validate the listed *.rrd files are truly getting updated every polling cycle.

Thank you for your answer.

I have fixed it. Very simple way. I just changed Poller type from cmd.php to Spine, and now it works fine.
