how do you know which graph is truly correct?

rrdtool consolidates data over time. Read more about it http://docs.cacti.net/manual:088:8_rrdtool#rrdtool

Hi BSOD2600,

Thanks for reply.

I think the correct graph is the realtime graph.
Because in the same time, i also check the interface device status and it shows the same value as the realtime graph.
maybe i dont know which graph is the correct one. but why the graph has different value?

Could you tell me what is the difference between In/Out Bits and In/Out Bits (64 bit Counter)?
because i created a new graph with 64 bit counter and it has a same value with the realtime graph.

Sorry for my bad english :D

As previously stated, one of the largest reasons for different values is rrdtool consolidation. please read the links given.

regular interface counters are 32bit where as the latter are 64bit. The 64bit counters roll over far less frequently for high traffic interfaces.
