Plugin Menu is NOT showing

I tried both the patching and pre-patched version of the PIA and followed the instruction as described here:

Cacti works but the Plugin menu is not being shown. Please advise. Thanks,

You leave out several key pieces of information
Cacti Version
PA Version
How is cacti installed (source, RPM, Deb?)
and with that, what OS?

I was using .87g and upgraded to .88b. My problem is solved now. Thanks.
