Pls help with upgrade from thold 4.1 to 5

Hi all , i need your help step by step how could i upgrade from thold 4.1 to thold 5.

I have tried to do with "upgrade.php" but unsucesfully I would lose over 1000 Thresholds.

Always backup your database before you ever try and upgrade, then you don't have to worry about losing anything.

Step by Step?
1. Backup your database
2. Copy the new thold files over
3. Click the Thold tab or run the upgrade script
