I can add new Device but I cant create graphs!

Hi friends,

I have 2 cacti. one of those is 8.7h and other one is 8.8b. in 8.7 I have I have 27 Devices that works correctly. when I want to add another device I have major problem. Device added and detected but I can not create graph for this host.

in the 8.8 I don't have problem but I can not upgrade 8.7 to latest version. I also check the log and compared its and everything is normal.

I will really appreciate if you help me.
