You probably want to be using:

Host MIB - Logged In Users
Host MIB - Processes,

instead of:

Unix - Logged In Users
Unix - Processes

The top two will pull the data through snmp, rather than trying to get the data from the local machine in a linux specific way.

for some reason ping latency doesn't work too

if i login to shell and run cron command in shell it gets ploted if it runs through crontab it doesn't.. is this a bug?

doesn't work. What about swapping localhost with the box's real ip address?

snmpd on my boxes doesn't bind to the loopback address, might be the same for yours.
