Automating autom8

Hey everyone - is there a way to automate autom8? I have autom8 working well, but I've elected to have it only create graphs for 'up' interfaces. I'd like it to run periodically to check for interfaces which have become up since the original import ran. Was hoping there was a CLI for it or something that I could put into cron.
