Cacti not graphing returned integer value

Dear All ,

Kindly advice as Cacti not polluting the value which return from Snmp ,

I check Cacti log values it not like on the graph,

I need your support for that issue as it impact alot of critical graphs.

Not Enough Info.

In the Data Template, is it is counter? Derive? We need a lot more info before we can begin to debug the issue.

You have it set to COUNTER, that means is it graphing the difference between this poll and last poll.

COUNTER
is for continuous incrementing counters like the ifInOctets counter in a router. The COUNTER data source assumes that the counter never decreases, except when a counter overflows. The update function takes the overflow into account. The counter is stored as a per-second rate. When the counter overflows, RRDtool checks if the overflow happened at the 32bit or 64bit border and acts accordingly by adding an appropriate value to the result.

Did you create this template, or did you download it from somewhere?

Also "polluting" is probably not the word you are looking for in this context.
