Error status after running poller(Solved)

Post by trungmv »

Hi all,

Every setup steps in Cacti and Mactrack plugin is fine.
When i running:

Code: Select all

php -q mactrack_scanner.php -id=1 -d
, it will show many information for device that id=1 and device status is Up
But when i running:

Code: Select all

php -q poller_mactrack.php -f -d
, it seems also fine, but status on device will be change to Error.
I do not know what is the reason for cause. I searching and find out the help very long time, my hair long to toes :(.
I also tried reinstall Mactrack plugin many times. But not successful.
Any one could please help me out this?

Best regards,

Mactrack: 2.9
Weathermap: 0.97a
Thold: 0.4.9

You really aren't supplying the correct information.

What type of device is it?
Do you have a "Device Type" setup with that matches the SNMP Description of that device?
What Scanning Functions are set in that Device Type?
What is the actual output from the 2 commands you ran?
