Discovery plugin and Host mib Available Disk Space graph.

I'm trying to setup discovery/host template for my servers running ubuntu.
Everything working well, devices are added, graphs are created, all but Host mib Available Disk Space.

When I open corresponding data source I see there blank fields, like this:

Index Type	Data query data sources must be created through New Graphs.
Index Value	
Output Type ID	Data query data sources must be created through New Graphs.

What can I do with this?
Maybe there is another solution for graphing hdd space, without modifying snmpd.conf at clients?

Use the Automa8 plugin for creating the graphs, and just let Discovery do the discovery portion (I plan to completely remove the ability to create graphs through Discovery eventually)
