Graphs not updating - templates disappeared

Hi Folks,

I've got a 0.8.8b running on Centos which, until a few hours ago, was working correctly. Now, it appears without prompting all data queries, data templates, graph templates, host templates have disappeared.

I'm not hugely skilled in the database side of things (read: not skilled at all), so I was wondering if anyone could guide me in what to check to see if there is a possibility to restore?
