Current value stuck at 800

Hello,

When I go into the thold tab and select a device / port, I see that the current value is 800. It is the same value for the 12000 ports I have, how could I unblock it ?
The templates are for traffic_in and traffic_out
High/Low values

threshold warning 80
" alert 90
with for both 5 min trigger duration

data type percent

Please help me, thank you

I don't know what I did but I managed to get some changing current values by changing the template, it was probably not working normally.
The problem now : how to interpret those current data ?
